Do you offer AI services?

Yes: AI built into the systems you already run, with people reviewing the decisions that matter. See AI Solutions.

  • Strategy and readiness
  • Copilot readiness and rollout
  • Assistants that answer from your documents
  • Private AI on open-weight models
  • AI agents for processes
  • Document processing

How do you keep our data safe when using AI?

Enterprise AI services whose terms exclude your content from training, or open-weight models on servers you control when information must stay with you. Assistants respect user permissions; a person reviews outputs affecting people or money; we document where data is processed. See AI governance.

What business problems do you solve?

Leading with IT strategy and security, we help you:

Time and money

Save both and improve profitability.

Happier staff

Less frustration, better morale.

Stronger defenses

Against data breaches, ransomware and legal exposure.

Lower risk

Less cybersecurity and compliance risk.

What is included in a fully managed IT agreement?

Six core services, in every agreement:

  • Virtual CIO (vCIO)
  • Managed services concierge
  • Client management tools
  • Vendor technical assistance
  • Procurement through authorized channels
  • Network management

Several locations or expanded vendor and network needs may add core service charges.

What each core service covers
  • Virtual CIO: strategic direction, budgeting, planning, account reviews and IT roadmaps.
  • Concierge: your point of contact for account matters, coordinating your vCIO and the service team.
  • Client management tools: professional services automation, ticketing, remote monitoring and management, documentation and notifications.
  • Vendor technical assistance: we work with your hardware, software, cloud, ISP, telecom, printer and copier vendors to open tickets, escalate and resolve incidents, and provide approved access.
  • Procurement: authorized channels only; business-class recommendations; configuration, registration, licensing and warranties handled.
  • Network management: monitoring, administration, reporting, domain and SSL certificate management, remote and on-site incident remediation.

How are you different?

We partner with organizations that apply strategy and budget to a proven, standards-based IT process to improve performance and lower risk. Strategic business reviews led by your vCIO keep systems quiet, reliable and secure; careful onboarding sets quality controls from day one.

How do you stay responsive?

By design: standards mean fewer emergencies, and your users reach support directly. Requests are prioritized P1 (major server or cloud outage) to P4 (password reset, which self-service reset can remove). Managed-service clients have 24/7 support; response targets per priority are set in your agreement.

Where do you work?

Across the United States, mostly remotely, with on-site support arranged when needed.

What industries do you focus on?

Operationally mature organizations in these sectors (see industries):

  • Professional services
  • Accounting
  • Legal
  • Finance
  • Insurance
  • Real estate
  • Consulting
  • Manufacturing
  • Healthcare
  • Non-profit

  • Telecommunications
